I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with teenage boys, adults, and veterans experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relational issues. I utilize cognitive, mindfulness, and relational based interventions to support those I work with improve their quality of life while also reduce their distress.
