Individual Therapy

Focuses on understanding your personal experiences and beliefs that shape your daily life while also identifying and proactively making wanted changes in your day to day. The overall focus is to live a life that most closely complements your values and life goals.

Reparative Experience

Highlights distressing experiences that shape and hinder our ability to establish and maintain relationships, whether they be romantic, familial, or social. Attention is placed on how to identify and put into practice actions that will help us relate to others in a manner that goes with who we are.

Couple/Family Therapy

Emphasizes in understanding how each member fits in a unit (couple or family), what rules impact the unit, and where is the disconnect between each member of unit. The goal is to learn how the unit can complement each other to work cohesively to resolve presenting problems.
